Chip Overstreet
Executive Director, U1 Technologies

Chip Overstreet brings over twenty years of high tech experience to U1's Board of Directors. Most recently, Chip was president & CEO of Encover, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced service contract sales to high tech manufacturers and their distribution partners.

Prior to Encover, Chip served as vice president of marketing & business development at Blue Martini Software, a provider of e-commerce software for retailers and manufacturers. Previously, he served as president and CEO of RTIME, a developer of collaborative networking software, which was acquired by SONY Corporation; RTIME technology is now the backbone for multi-player gaming on the SONY PlayStation platform.

Prior to SONY, Overstreet held vice president of marketing and business development roles at Open Horizon and Ochre Development, and product consulting and sales engineering roles at Oracle Corporation, in both the US and Australia.

Chip received a BA in economics from Stanford University.
